Tutorial
The following is a transcription of the in-game tutorials.
1. On Battles
You fight in battles by controlling your actions with commands.
The commands are Attack, Items, Skills. Defend, Formation, Flee.
Attack will attack the enemy in front of you. Only the front row.
Items lets you use items that have restorative, attack or status effects.
Skills are techniques unique to each character.
Using a skill decreases SP but provides quite powerful attack and other useful techniques. You can't use skills without enough SP, but it refills after battle so use them with impunity!
Defend sets a defensive stance, and reduces damage taken.
Formation moves a character to a different position on the field.
You cannot use the Attack command when you leave the front so move to the front row to do close combat. Skills or Attack Items can reach foes in the rear so you can make attacks while in the rear.
Flee lets you run from battle. If you don't think you can win, fleeing is your first option.
Defeat all enemies using Attack, Skills, or Items to win! Now, show us what you got.
2. On Processing
You definitely need the right tools to make things.
The Shop is necessary to work with Fur. So go in, face the tool, and press A.
After that, change to the Inventory screen on the Process tab.
Items that you can make are listed there.
Also, items you can't presently make, but can shortly, will be listed.
Select the item you want to make from the list and press A.
Then confirm how many. Careful though, the time and ingredients needed will increase.
3. On Foraging
You'll be Foraging now.
On the Forage screen, use the D-Pad or Stylus to move the cursor and get items.
When the cursor hovers over an item, press A, and you will get the ingredients for the icon!
So go out and forage them up.
When there are no more items on the upper screen, touch Forage More on the bottom screen.
Just once, item icons will return, and you can forage previous items.
4. On changing your party
And like that, a friend appeared who would be of use to Noora.
After leaving home, choose Swap, and you can select from possible characters.
Your current party members are displayed above.

You can break down ingredients with the correct tool.

Chronomancy is done by using the Chronoscope in the back of the room.
Similar to Process and Dismantle, face the Chronoscope, and press A.

Press the OK button on the lower screen, and Chronomancy will begin.
7. Feature
I’ll explain Features in foraging.
Features are a bonus result when touching item icons, and applies effects while foraging.
These special icons are hidden by sparkling item icons.
First, I’ll explain each foraging bonus.
Flora for plants and seeds, Fauna for fish and shellfish, Minerals for ores and crystals and Special for other odds and ends.
If you nab the Feature icon, it becomes easier to forage the same items later on!
Next I’ll explain the types of Features.
More Rare Items makes it easier to forage rare items after it!
More Items Obtained increases the number of all items that you forage.
More Monsters increases the encounter rate after it.
Less Monsters decreases the encounter rate after it.
8. Level Up Feature
Finally, I’ll explain the Level Up Feature special effects.
More Items increases items you would gain on the upper screen until now.
Item Shuffle changes the items that you would get on the upper screen.
Monster Encounter starts an encounter immediately with more monsters.
Item Lost removes items that you would have gained on the upper screen.
These effects vary based on the Feature level.
Its level increases by how often the icons show up.
Pick a shining icon first when you encounter a dangerous Feature.
Leave those that give bonuses until the end so its level is increased when you pick it.
